To become an exhibitor at the Art at the Esplanade show:

1. Download, print and fill-in our PDF application

2. Write a $60 check to Amy Thompson-Hill (which will only be cashed if your application is selected)

3. Send at least 3 digital images of your work and 1 of your booth for the jury process. Images much each have a title and a price. They can be printed and included with the application or sent by email to artattheesplanade@gmail.com (accepted formats are .jpeg, .tiff or .png)

Note: exhibitors who where accepted in the 2018 juried process do not have to send new pictures.

4. Mail the completed application to Art at the Esplanade - Amy Thompson-Hill, 88 Boulevard, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046

Where will the show take place

The show will take place on Mountain Lakes' Esplanade - 11 Elm road, Mountain Lakes NJ 07046. See below for a map.

When will my check for participation to the show be cashed?

Once your application has been approved, once your work has been juried. If your application is not approved, we will send your check back.

I don't want to pay by check, what can I do?

If you do not wish to pay by check, please contact us at artattheesplanade@gmail.com and we will arrange for another form of payment.

Should I provide my own booth?

Yes, you must come with your own 10ft x 10ft tent and your own display rack. We also advise you to have a table and a chair

When can I set up my tent?

Set up time will be on Sunday 24 from 8AM to 11AM.

Can I share a booth?

Yes, booths can be shared, however, all artists in the booth must present pictures of their work to be juried.

Where can I park?

Special parking on Elm Road is planned for the exhibitors. It will be possible to pull-up at the booth spot to unload.
